  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken leftovers or rotisserie work great
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened for easier mixing
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup hot sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
Optional Extras
  • Blue cheese crumbles
  • Green onions for garnish
  • Extra shredded chicken for a meatier bite

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, and hot sauce until smooth and creamy.
  3. Fold in the shredded chicken, shredded cheddar cheese, and mozzarella cheese until well combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture into an oven-safe baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Add additional cheese on top if desired.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes, or until bubbling and golden at the edges.
  7. Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
  8. Serve with tortilla chips, celery sticks, mini bell peppers, or toasted baguette slices.

Notes

This dip can be prepared ahead of time and kept in the fridge until ready to bake. You can also freeze it before baking. Add jalapeƱos or crispy bacon for extra flavor. Use sour cream instead of ranch for a tangy twist.
